Shipping Information:
Most items ship out within 3-5 business days by our preferred freight carrier - FedEx.
Large items are shipped via Freight Standard in-house delivery. Most orders ship out within 3 to 5 business days for quick delivery thereafter. If you require faster shipping, please call E-mail our Customer Service Dept. at Support@appliance.com for expedited shipping rates. Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.
Items shipped via Common Carrier will have a flat rate shipping charge applied to that item. All standard deliveries will be brought to the door or threshold of your house or building. Your shipping charges include shipping, handling and insurance for the value of the merchandise.
The shipping rate does include inside delivery.
Multiple orders of these items will be the flat rate of a lift-gate or inside delivery service will carry additional charges.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Appliance.com, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, typographical and/or transcribing errors, and others factors beyond our control.
Appliance.com will not ship outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii, unless we speak with you first and agree upon shipping, handling and insurance charges and an estimated time of delivery. We do not ship to PO box and APO box addresses. We do not ship to Canada or any other country. Please do not bid unless your billing and shipping addresses are in the continental U.S. (the lower 48 states)
Payment Options:
Customers can pay through PayPal via our checkout to Buy@appliance.com or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) Items paid for with PayPal must be shipped to the confirmed shipping address associated with your PayPal account. If you intend to ship to a different address than please specify under "Customer's Note" at checkout where the shipment will be going to.
NJ residents must add 7 percent sales tax to the total price including shipping, handling and insurance.
No Sales Tax is applied to shipments shipped outside of New Jersey.

We accept returns for items within the first 7 days of receiving your merchandise for any reason. We will not charge a restocking fee as long as you return them to us with the following conditions. You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. To initiate a return, please e-mail our Return & Exchange Department at: Support@appliance.com. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, you have 7 days in which to get the product back to us. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.
Receiving Merchandise:
All truck line deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage. If there is damage, please e-mail our Return & Exchange Department immediately at: Support@appliance.com.. Save all packaging and do not destroy boxes etc. in case of return. You have 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be honored.
